To become a franchisee we will expect from you that you are able to set up a local organization that can cover the initial
and creative elements of an IT development process. Strategy, design, architecture, specification, and project management.
Furthermore, you need to have a network of existing clients and/or strong sales skills that will enable you to acquire your
own clients in your local market.

Training
The RazorSkills network is a company of tomorrow. RazorSkills is one of the most (if not the most) cost efficient sourcing
company in the world. RazorSkills has no headquarters with lots of administrative staff. We have a central management and
the mother company is situated in Dublin, Ireland. The RazorSkills network is interconnected via the world's most modern
communication applications. RazorSkills Ltd. will provide you with assistance on how to perform sales and operations and
on how to operate the central systems. Decisions on how to operate day-to-day business is made by the franchisee.
Franchise agreement
RazorSkills Ltd. owns the systems, data and processes upon which the consulting business is based, so RazorSkills
franchisees do not own these systems, data or processes but rather lease the right to utilize them as part of the franchise
agreement.
RazorSkills Ltd. keeps the accounts for each franchisee or as a minimum the account receivables through a transit
invoicing system. The franchisee may decide to keep the accounts as a whole, but the operations must then take place via a
limited liability company or equivalent. RazorSkills can provide credit in some cases - if this is so, RazorSkills Ltd.
will have to keep the company accounts.
RazorSkills prepares monthly financial and marketing records for the franchisee's operation. Included among these
records are time and expense statements, sales forecasts and accounts receivables. In the event that RazorSkills keeps the
accounts, we will provide a full profit-and-loss statement and balance sheet. With this information, the franchisee has
up-to-date, professionally prepared information regarding his or her operation.
RazorSkills franchisees are responsible for their employees, payroll, costs, supplies, business taxes, licenses and permits,
premises including workstations client PCs etc.
RazorSkills may provide various forms of advertising for RazorSkills operations as well as its services, ranging from
broadcast to print media. In addition, RazorSkills may also provide support for many of the franchisee's promotional and
business community relations endeavours.
RazorSkills provides individual contractual indemnification to its franchisees to help protect them from many of the
risks against which most small business persons must insure themselves, often at considerable expense.
RazorSkills franchisees are independent contractors, and RazorSkills' relationship with them is multi-faceted. The
company is not only a franchisor, but also serves as IT supplier, financing source, business advisor and record keeper to
the franchisee.
